Our Services

Services include everything from early intervention programs for infants and toddlers, to transition services for school-age youth, to work and recreational activities for adults of all ages.

Eligibility for Services

The County Board uses the WestCON COG to conduct eligibility determinations. Eligibility for services is completed through DODD assessment tools called an OEDI (Ohio Eligibility Determination Instrument; for 16 years and older) and a COEDI (Children’s Ohio Eligibility Determination Instrument; for 6 years to 15 years of age). For infants from 0 to age 3, the Early Intervention team and Help Me Grow conduct the eligibility determination.

For more information regarding eligibility determination or to request services, please contact Vicki May, Eligibility/Intake Coordinator at 419-629-2419 ext. 100.

At Auglaize County Board of DD, we believe in an individual-first approach. That means our services and support are based on each person’s needs and desires.

Our vision is for all those in our community with developmental disabilities to thrive educationally, vocationally and socially.
