Community Connections

//Community Connections

Through our Community Connections program, we work to enhance the connection people with disabilities have to our community and the connection we, as an organization, make to the community.

Our Community Connections team:

  • Helps youth with developmental disabilities successfully transition from school to work
  • Evaluates and assesses each individual on their wants, desires and goals relating to employment
  • Coordinates employment options and benefits
  • Represents and promotes the Auglaize County Board of DD program through business and community organizations

Our Mission: To ensure individuals with developmental disabilities have access to quality supports, providing them opportunities to live, work and play in our community.
